In a recent visit to
Indonesia’s theme parks and attractions, Robert S. Rippy, Chairman of
the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions
(IAAPA) visited Taman Safari Indonesia, the safari park located just outside of Jakarta.
“The beauty of the landscaping is
unmatched in my travels” he wrote. “The presentation of the animals is
as natural as if we were in the wild with the animals. I can only
recommend that all who come to Jakarta take the time to visit Taman
Safari Park! I must say this is a wonderful park”. Mr Rippy said.
Taman Safari has also developed safari parks in Bali and East Java.
During his visit to Indonesia, Robert
Rippy was similarly impressed with the Taman Ancol recreation park, the
largest and most comprehensive of theme parks in Indonesia, located
along Jakarta's north coast.
According to Rippy, Ancol Dreamland ranks fourth in the world after Disney World America, Disneyland Tokyo and Disneyland Los Angeles, wrote Bisnis Indonesia. The Ancol Dreamland
“has managed to integrate many different kinds of entertainments in one
park, so that this attracts many international visitors, said Robert
Rippy when visiting the Ecopark in Ancol.
